I’ve been meal planning for a while now…because that’s the kind of girl I am. I love planning. I love list making, etc. etc. I’ve been toying with the idea of posting my meal plans here and since Stephanie at Keeper of the Home is doing a 6 week Meal Planning Challenge, I thought now would be as good a time as any. I use Plan to Eat and love it. I have almost 250 recipes on there, so if you’re on there too, be sure to add me (kjeldy) so we can share! Or try a free trial for 30 days. Monday: Mango Salsa Chicken (pictured above)
Tuesday: Black Bean Tacos
Wednesday: Grilled Rosemary Buttermilk Chicken
Thursday: Gnocchi and Sausage
Friday: Dinner at Mom’s (Thanks Mom!)
Sunday: TBA (My husband’s out of town for the weekend…that’s why the weekend looks a little bare.) Next week we’ll have a more complete meal plan!
