This week I’m taking it easy on myself and doing lots of crockpot recipes…we’re going out of town this weekend so I know it will be a busy week preparing to leave. I love my crockpot!
Monday-Leftovers from last night (Autumn Herbed Chicken with Fennel and Squash)
Tuesday- Omelets and Potatoes with Magic Sauce (This is a new recipe I’m trying for the first time this week, but I’ve always loved everything I’ve tried from this website.)
Wednesday-Skinny Crockpot Chicken Wild Rice Soup
Thursday-Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup (I’ll freeze half of this and have it next week when we get back from our trip, so I won’t have to worry about making something on the night we get home.)
Friday-Out of town until Monday…so no more meals planned until next week!
