This week I’m taking it easy on myself and doing lots of crockpot recipes…we’re going out of town this weekend so I know it will be a busy week preparing to leave. I love my crockpot!
Monday-Leftovers from last night (Autumn Herbed Chicken with Fennel and Squash)
Tuesday– Omelets and Potatoes with Magic Sauce (This is a new recipe I’m trying for the first time this week, but I’ve always loved everything I’ve tried from this website.)
Wednesday–Skinny Crockpot Chicken Wild Rice Soup
Thursday–Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup (I’ll freeze half of this and have it next week when we get back from our trip, so I won’t have to worry about making something on the night we get home.)
Friday-Out of town until Monday…so no more meals planned until next week!
