Meal Plan Monday {10.3.11}

Last week didn’t go exactly as planned, and I never got to try the Magic Sauce recipe from 101 Cookbooks…so I moved it to this week. Here’s the lineup:

Monday-Leftover Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup (frozen from last week)
Tuesday-Omelets and Potatoes with Magic Sauce
Wednesday-Restaurant Style Meaty Marinara Sauce (pictured above)
Thursday-Grilled Rosemary Buttermilk Chicken
Friday-PF Chang’s Lettuce Wraps (This is a new recipe for me but I’ve been wanting to try it for awhile…I love PF Chang’s Lettuce Wraps and I’m hoping these will turn out just as good!)
Saturday-Coconut Chicken Soup from Nourishing Traditions (another new recipe I’m trying)
Sunday-Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili

I’m also planning on trying out these Pumpkin Muffins for breakfast one day this week.
