Meal Plan Monday {10.3.11}

Last week didn’t go exactly as planned, and I never got to try the Magic Sauce recipe from 101 Cookbooks…so I moved it to this week. Here’s the lineup:

Monday-Leftover Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup (frozen from last week)
Tuesday-Omelets and Potatoes with Magic Sauce
WednesdayRestaurant Style Meaty Marinara Sauce (pictured above)
ThursdayGrilled Rosemary Buttermilk Chicken
FridayPF Chang’s Lettuce Wraps (This is a new recipe for me but I’ve been wanting to try it for awhile…I love PF Chang’s Lettuce Wraps and I’m hoping these will turn out just as good!)
Saturday-Coconut Chicken Soup from Nourishing Traditions (another new recipe I’m trying)
SundayCrock Pot Chicken Taco Chili

I’m also planning on trying out these Pumpkin Muffins for breakfast one day this week.

  1. Great ideas, I've found now a 2nd curry recipe to try next week. Not sure if my husband will be pleased but my son and I will :) We are also making Chili on Sunday…see what else I am planning for this week.… hope you get inspired too!
