This post is part of a 31 day series.
Last week I touched on defining what is meaningful for you. For me some of the things that are most meaningful in my life include my family, friends, and faith. Those are the big ones.
But I think it’s also important to think about the little things too. The things that bring you joy. Your interests, passions, and hobbies.
Sometimes I’m going throughout my day, doing the things that need to get done and feeling (as I often do) overwhelmed, stressed, busy, busy, busy. I definitely don’t have time for anything “extra”. Or so I think.
But sometimes I decide I’m just going to do that thing that might seem like an extra, but is something I enjoy. For me it might be reading a good book or some of my favorite blogs, making a new recipe, learning about a new natural remedy or new way to use essential oils, or writing a post here.
And just by doing that little thing that I love, my day is suddenly not so mundane. Sometimes just finding a moment to do something meaningful to me is just what I need. It doesn’t have to be a big deal to be meaningful.
Make time for the meaningful “little” things in your life too.

Been checking all day for a post for the day….that's how much I love reading your blog. I settled and re-read the post for yesterday.
Oh you're the best! I'm a little behind today…Charlotte had an EEG today, which means we were both sleep deprived, which is always no bueno. Thanks for being here though!
